About

The West Midlands Mental Health Innovation Network in conjunction with Forward Thinking Birmingham invite you to participate in a workshop together with young people aged 16-25 years to contribute to the implementation of "Getting it Right, First Time - Prevention of Mental Illness Strategy" - commissioned by the Mental Health Systems Strategy Board in Birmingham (please see attached)

Norman Lamb MP will be presenting alongside other key stakeholders including young people and young ambassadors for mental health.  This event is aimed at mental health professionals, educators, commissioners, digital and industry representatives in healthcare and/or digital applications.  Most importantly we would like young people to attend and contribute to discussions around "What good looks like" in terms of mental illness prevention, early interventions and interventions.

If you should like to attend this event and/or you are connected to/representing young people within the West Midlands region, we are interested in hearing from you.

Please contact [email protected] if you wish to discuss the workshop and/or are able to support young people attending this event.
